Meme’s healing juice

  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz Tart Cherry Juice (100% fruit juice no sugar added, organic)
  • 2 oz Concord Grape Juice (100% fruit juice no sugar added, organic)
  • 2 oz Pure Cranberry Juice (100% fruit juice no sugar added, organic)
  • 2 oz 100% Cranberry Juice (100% fruit juice no sugar added, organic)
  • 2 oz Cranapple Juice (I use Ocean Spray Cranberry Apple Juice Drink)
  • 1 tsp Raw Mangosteen Powder (I use Sunfoods Super Foods)
  • 4 oz Red Wine

Blend with crushed ice and enjoy

This juice is packed with Blue-purple foods, which are good for the Lymph system, nervous system, immune system, and endocrine system.

It is packed with Phytonutrients which are plant-based chemicals that have been identified as active compounds in disease prevention.
